For all registered skaters: Please upload your music in .mp3 format, your music form and, if applicable, your Planned Program Content (PPC) form by following the instructions below. Wrongly named or formatted files will not be accepted!

Submission deadline: 15th of January 2025.

1 File Names

Name your files according to:

LAST_NAME–FIRST_NAME–CATEGORY–LEVEL–AGE_GROUP-<MUSIC_FORM / PPC>

Individual attributes are connected with a hyphen (“-”). Spaces in double names or designations are replaced with an underscore (“_”). For pair categories, both names are specified. The characters <> are only used to indicate options and therefore do not appear in the file name. Only CAPITAL letters are used .

Categories:

• <Women / Men> Free Skating, <Women / Men> Artistic Free Skating, Pair Free Skating, Pair Artistic Free Skating, Ice Dance <Pattern Dance / Rhythm Dance / Free Dance>, Solo Pattern Dance

Level:

• Bronze, Gold, Masters, Masters Elite, Intermediate (for pairs), Adult (for pairs)

Age Groups:

• Young Adult, I, II, III, IV, V
  

Examples:

• PUBLIC–JANE–WOMEN_FREE_SKATING–MASTERS_ELITE–YOUNG_ADULT–PPC
• DOE–JOHN–ARTISTIC_FREE_SKATING–GOLD–II-MUSIC_FORM

2 Music Form

Fill in the music form. Please use a seperate form for each music file, e.g. if you participate in Artistic and Free Skating, you need to hand in two seperate music forms and two .mp3 files.

3 PPC Form

Fill in the Planned Program Content form. PPC forms are only required for the categories:

Women Free Skating, Men Free Skating, Pair Free Skating, Ice Dance Rythm Dance, Ice Dance Free Dance

4 Final Check

Do not:

• name files incorrectly
• print the template files and fill in by hand: only electronically filled forms are accepted
• hand in a PPC form for categories where it is not required
• upload files in a wrong format (only .mp3 and .pdf)
  

5 File Upload

Upload all your files to our cloud. Make sure to include:

• all .mp3 files for your music (one for each program)
• all music forms (one for each .mp3 file)
• your PPC form (if applicable)
  

You do not have to create an account on the website. Just ignore the prompt and wait until the upload bar at the top shows 100 %.
